Tamara has been involved in the health and fitness industry all her working life, she has presented her own training programmes around the world and for 20 years was assessing and educating personal trainers for Netfit (a private Training provider).
Since completing her 500 hours with Ashram Yoga, she has opened a health Therapy studio “Take A Breath” in Whangamata, has a passion and love for Yoga and inspires others to discover and experience her holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Tamara is a Power Plate Master Educator. Her classes are suitable for everyone, and focus on strength and vitaily, as well as cardio and conditioning.
An acclaimed ‘group fitness Guru’ and highly regarded in the industry as an ‘instructor’s instructor’, Marietta creates and delivers training to increase the skills of group fitness professionals.
Through face-to-face and virtual workshops she educates instructors in the art of delivering high quality group exercise experiences, ranging from those you’ll find on every club timetable, through to aqua, Gymstick and her own proprietary program mSwing.
Marietta’s 20+ years’ experience working in the fitness industry places you in expert hands when it comes to your remote Power Plate classes.
